Guarantee the quality of digital files before submission to QC with the goal of "Right The First Time." Ensure all tasks are completed according to SGS's best practice approach. Become familiar with the assigned client's terminology, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Perform self-quality control on all work, following department SOPs, and check, sign-off, and date checklists. Update schedulers and customer service on job status. Ensure all jobs and materials are properly charged. Clearly communicate necessary information to co-workers when handing off jobs. Be willing to extend working hours and attend necessary digital meetings. Be open to continuous development and absorbing new workflows. Assist in developing written procedures for new clients and projects.
