This exciting 12-month contract role offers the flexibility of being fully remote, with a preference for candidates local to Los Angeles, CA.

Our client is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join their Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and support the execution of high-value capital sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the sales process. As a key player, you will oversee the project lifecycle from proposal to closure, working closely with the Sales and Sales Management teams to ensure timely and successful deal completions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle of capital sales opportunities, from proposal through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Management teams to develop project timelines, drive deal progression, and assess potential risks
  • Support the sales process by driving timely closure of deals and identifying opportunities to accelerate project execution
  • Serve as a liaison within the sales team by coordinating regular project management calls and ensuring accountability for attendance
  • Proactively identify and communicate any risks or issues that could impact the successful closure of large sales deals
  • Prepare and present reports on deal progress for executive leadership
  • Conduct post-mortem evaluations of closed deals to identify best practices and areas for process improvement

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience within a sales-driven environment, ideally in capital sales or complex deal structures
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, SAP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong track record of managing and advancing complex sales deals to closure
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools
  • Experience in MedTech or healthcare capital sales
  • Familiarity with sales or commercial team dynamics
  • PMP or similar project management certification

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week, and the assignment duration must be at least 10 weeks.
