Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Lead ([경영지원] 채용 담당 (리드급)) with 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition. This role oversees all aspects of the company's recruitment efforts, from developing and executing recruitment strategies to directly sourcing top talent, building talent pipelines, managing a talent pool, and enhancing the employer brand. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process, analyzing recruitment data, and optimizing processes. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, strategic thinking, and empathy skills, with proven success in direct sourcing and leadership within a gaming or IT company (in-house experience is mandatory). Experience with large-scale (800+ employees) organizations is highly desirable.
Must have:
- 7+ years in recruitment
- Extensive direct sourcing experience
- Game or IT company in-house experience
- Recruitment process management
- Data analysis and optimization
- Strong communication & strategic thinking
Good to have:
- Direct sourcing strategy creation & execution
- In-house recruitment team leadership

자격요건
- 채용(인재 영입) 관련 업무 경력 7년 이상이신 분
- 다이렉트 소싱 경험이 풍부하신 분
- 게임 또는 IT 회사에서 채용담당자(또는 리더)로서 근무한 경험이 있으신 분 (인하우스 경력 필수)

- 800명 이상 규모의 기업에서 채용 업무를 경험해 보신 분
