Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test strategies and test cases for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Validate customizations, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Execute manual and automated test cases and document results.
Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and standard/custom objects.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca for Salesforce automation.
