Job Summary

Job Description

The Senior Java Developer will be part of the software and service delivery team within the Technology center of a Global Investment bank. The role involves developing backend functionalities, including database management, designing, coding, and testing applications according to the standard development lifecycle. The developer will also create prototypes to test potential solutions, and write and review technical documents. This role requires strong programming and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced team environment. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise application and Java development. The job requires experience with J2EE standard, Java 8, Spring boot and Swagger / Open API3. The candidate should be able to work under pressure, independently and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Must have:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent/higher.
5+ years of experience in enterprise application and Java development
Project / hands-on experience with J2EE standard
Good programming experience with Java 8
Spring boot experience
Swagger / Open API3 experience
Strong communication skills and technical writing skills
Ability to work under pressure, independently and proactively
Docker / Cloud-foundry knowledge

Good to have:

BPMN / CMMN (Flowable experience is a plus)
Agile experience

We are looking for Senior Java Developer to join our software and service delivery team within Technology center of Global Investment bank.

Skills

Must have

5+ years of experience in enterprise application and Java development

Project / hands-on experience with J2EE standard

Good programming experience with Java 8

Experience in:

Spring boot

Swagger / Open API3

Strong communication skills. Excellent technical writing skills

Able to work under pressure, independently and proactively in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines

Docker / Cloud-foundry knowledge

Nice to have

BPMN / CMMN (Flowable experience is a plus)
