岗位职责
1.根据项目需求和世界观特点，完成高品质且合理的场景设计及氛围营造；
2.根据游戏内容提出相应的地编优化方案，合理规划地图资源大小；
3.和各部门沟通制作最终符合游戏需求的关卡，可以掌控最终引擎效果；
4.关注行业动态，追求美术品质。
岗位要求
1.5年以上游戏工作经验，有完整的已上线项目制作经验，有过主机或2.5D视角游戏制作经验优先；
2.熟练使用Unreal Engine 5，对UE5各个块面特性都有所了解；
3.对效果与性能取舍有判断能力，具有良好的分析解决能力，对项目有推进力；
4.有高品质的场景设计、氛围营造能力和高品质场景还原复刻能力；
5.优秀的沟通能力，能清晰表达并出色的与其他同事协调合作；
6.能承受一定的工作压力，对游戏开发充满热情；
7. 具有大型欧美写实类移动端项目或AAA级项目开发经验者优先考虑。
