- Develop systems and techniques for measuring the success of live operations initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of new features, events, and content while ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Communicate updates and changes effectively to the development team and stakeholders.
- Monitor player engagement and retention metrics, providing recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our live ops are innovative and competitive.
