Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience and shaping the future of online shopping. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and work closely with the product design team, product managers, and engineers to translate stakeholder requests into product goals. You will also be expected to clearly articulate how your designs meet user needs, achieve business objectives, and navigate technical constraints. You will be reporting to the Lead Product Design Manager on the product team. You will partner with teams in a strong culture of collaborative, data-informed product delivery to help millions of people save money and get rewarded when they shop online.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience leading product solutions.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, consistency, and layout.
- Good grasp of platform-specific UX and UI patterns.
- Ability to work through undefined projects.
- Good communicator with a proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Figma and usertesting.com.
- Ability to keep a clean file for developers.
- Take feedback constructively and pivot quickly.
- Familiar with creating and maintaining design systems.
Good to have:
- Design system experience (creation and maintenance).
- Designing with accessibility in mind.
- Prototyping skills.
- Agency or relevant experience working on multiple products.

About The Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio and keen eye for visual design to help drive the evolution of the RetailMeNot experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and work closely with the product design team, product managers and engineers. You’ll translate stakeholder requests into product goals and clearly articulate how your designs meet user needs, achieve business objectives and navigate technical constraints. With a bias toward action, you’ll partner with teams in a strong culture of collaborative, data-informed product delivery to help millions of people save money and get rewarded when they shop online.
You will report to the Lead Product Design Manager on the product team. This is a remote role.
Who We’re Looking For:
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be on a mission to enhance the end-to-end experience of our customers while shaping the future of online shopping.
- 5+ years experience with demonstrated ability to lead the solution of a product area, craft compelling visual experiences and connect that to a broader product vision
- A solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for both web and native mobile applications
- Knowledge of best practices regarding visual design principles of consistency, color, typography, layout, animation and a keen eye for subtle details
- A good grasp of platform-specific UX and UI patterns
- Ability to work through undefined projects, gather what's necessary and begin preliminary work
- Good communicator with a proactive mindset for sharing work early and often
