We are looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. If you are someone who has managed multiple complex projects and ran all the sprint planning meetings while building transparency within the organization to enable informed prioritization and highlight the potential issues, then we would love to meet you!

Job Description

The Project Manager is the main person responsible for the first tier of production management, from receiving individual tasks, to track each item following a project plan, and also managing a queue making sure every task is completed according to ETAs and prioritization.

  • Report project progress/status and metrics on a regular basis and deliver to stakeholders
  • Lead production staff meetings.
  • Follow workflow for a production team.
  • Manage different queues.
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned tasks
  • Provide guidance and support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields
  • 5-6 years of PM experience
  • Skilled and experienced in Agile delivery 
  • Experience managing projects in highly dynamic environments, with changing priorities, and multiple stakeholders 
  • Experience in Health/Pharma projects is desirable 
  •  Experience managing different types of projects (development, content, e-mail)
  • Excellent english communications skills
  • Ability to work with varied teams from different vendors and client teams
  • Strong risk identification, risk communication, and risk management skills
  • Ability to adapt and manage change in scope, timeline, and plan
  • Strong follow up and track management skills
  • Should have a positive outlook towards the success of the project and can inculcate the same within the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Should be flexible to extend late hours when demanded during high times in projects
