1. Possess creative ideas and a deep understanding of short video production with creative thinking; preferably a heavy user of short video platforms like Douyin, Kuaishou, and Bilibili.

2. Proficient in post-production editing software such as PR/PS/AE/Final Cut Pro, with approximately 1 year of relevant short video editing experience.

3. Good communication skills, strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience to pressure.

4. Ability to analyze and gain insights from competitor videos, continuously learn and iterate, strong execution, and team spirit.
