Social Media Manager - Haryana

We're searching for a Social Media Manager who is savvy with social media, understands local culture, and communicates effectively in Haryanvi. This role involves creatively promoting our films and series and developing unique content that resonates with and expands our audience.

What you will be doing

• Organically market and promote STAGE App films and series through social media activities
  
• Write engaging Haryanvi captions and content that highlight the uniqueness of our offerings.
  
• Monitor social media trends and user behaviours in Haryana to ensure our content connects effectively with the audience.
  
• Produce and ideate social media-specific content that has the potential to go viral organically.
  
• Develop Fictional and Non-fictional social media IPs for STAGE Haryanvi
  
• Manage the planning, creation, and posting of STAGE content across all social platforms.
  
• Maintain a Social Media calendar of posts aligned with our marketing goals and special events.
  
• Implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube to boost audience interaction and enhance brand visibility.
  
• Actively interact with our followers, responding promptly to their inquiries and fostering a welcoming community environment.
  
• Collaborate closely with the content team to promote new releases effectively and special events.
  
• Plan weekly Live with Artist on STAGE Social Media Handles
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  
• Present Weekly and Monthly Social Media Growth Reports
