Responsibilities
Build globalized CRM System across multiple regions.
Build service frameworks with high performance and availability.
Participate in discussions about business requirements, analysis completeness, feasibility, impacts, and future plans, evaluate ROI.
Prioritize all business requirements as well as technical enhancements, perform research, design, develop, testing, launch process.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Designing and architecting large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using object-oriented design and distributed programming;
Designing and implementing scalable, fault tolerant, distributed, and low latency backend workflow orchestration architecture;
Designing and implementing scalable RESTful APIs;
Designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD systems, and building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing;
Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of back-end and cloud native projects; and
Writing testable, maintainable, and low latency software using high level programming languages, including Golang, Java, Python, or C++.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $172931 - $250000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
