Overview: Blue Yonder is looking for a dynamic Sr Alliance Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the global and regional partners and associated support centers by enhancing our operational processes, partner engagements and optimizing the performance of our partner portal.
What You’ll Do:
Partner Portal Management
- Act as Product Owner for the Partner Portal ensuring partner self-service success and optimized engagement
- Provide guidance, quality assurance, and support to the development team to execute user stories, including creating user stories and conducting UAT
- Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them
- Work cross-functionally with ITG, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement and Product teams on content and functionalities for our partners
- Create and maintain partner portal pages and functionalities, workflows, news, events, presentations, video tutorials and guides for partners
- Serve as key point of contact for Partner Portal Troubleshooting and tickets
- Review and Maintain Partner Locator and Solutions Listings
Operations and Engagement
- Oversee management of Partner operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate and execute various partner external and internal communications to foster strong relationships
- Organize and execute Partner Webinars and Summits to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Includes communications, award assignment (for ICON), agenda development, and speaker recruitment and coordination, developing landing page and associated assets needed for creative team and coordination of presentation content
- Develop performance tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to partner operations
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into partner performance, progress towards goals, and areas requiring attention
- Generate footprint reports, account data and analyze trends
- Act as key point of contact for Partner Highspot content publication and any issues related to SSO from Portal to Highspot
- Manage procurement process for Alliance needs
- Maintain Partner Battlecard updates
- Manage partner data within Partner Portal, PowerBi and SalesForce
- Manage Process creations for global partner team
- Manage Alliances SharePoint and Teams folders
- Support Tactical Projects as needed
Partner Program
- Collaborate on partner program strategy development and benefits
- Identify opportunities for program improvements, developing initiatives to drive mutual success
- Communicate program updates, changes and insights to partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management and operations coordination, preferably in a partner-facing role
- Proficiency in CRM systems, content management systems, and project management tools
- Strong understanding of partner engagement strategies and self-service platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take on multiple projects at a time
- Proficient in Salesforce, Devops, PowerBI, etc

The base salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 based on experience

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
