Position Overview: The Senior Director of Growth Team is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and success of the Enterprise segment within the organization. This individual will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, build relationships with key clients, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to serving internal and external clients. The Sr. Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other sales teams, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that there is a consistent cadence of meetings, each building momentum and opportunities, driving for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
The annual starting salary for this position ranges between $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be $80,000.00 per year per year annually and are based on performance. This role will be accepting applications until April 14th, 2025.
