Student Assistant, EMEA Marketing Automation

The team consist of 13 people: Head of Regional Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Channel Marketing Managers, Marketing Automation Specialist, and Marketing Associates. As part of the team, you will work alongside a group of skilled, motivated, and passionate colleagues focused on driving growth for the business in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Africa).

The positions require approximately 15 hours work a week. The exact working schedule will be defined based on your specific situation, so that it fits your university schedule. 

The positions will be based in Brøndby, Denmark.

Role and responsibilities:
This role will support the EMEA Regional Marketing Managers and Automation Specialist with event and webinar responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Creating digital assets and collateral - for events and webinars, this includes email invites, banners, landing pages, and registration forms.
• Creating event campaigns – setting up lead campaigns in Salesforce for the sales team’s use.
• Setting up webinars – creating registration forms, sending email invites, and uploading recordings.
• Engaging with Pardot  – use our email marketing and automation software, Pardot, to create digital assets, campaigns, and automations.
• Preparing and sending e-newsletters – sending to specified audiences advised by the Regional Marketing Managers.
• Responsibility of your workflow – keeping the workflow tracker up to date and responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Translating written content - where required using an online translation tool (or your own language skills if applicable).
• Assisting at events – where required on an ad-hoc basis you may need to support at events with the set up and execution of regional events

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and team-oriented individual with a passion for marketing. The right candidate has completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications and is on the first year of their Master degree.
