Publicis Sapient seeks a Human Resources Intern in Milan to support its growing team. Responsibilities include assisting with candidate search, selection, and onboarding; managing the intern program; organizing training; applying labor legislation; providing administrative support (attendance, meal vouchers); and supporting employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Human Resources degree, fluent in Italian and English, possesses strong administrative and time management skills, and is a team player eager to learn.

Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our growing team in Milan, Italy. The person chosen will support Hiring, Staffing, Operations and additional Human Resources responsibilities.  

Responsibilities

  • Support in the search, selection, hiring and introduction of various candidate profiles
  • Support in the operational management of the Onboarding and Offboarding plan
  • Organization of training activities
  • Application of labor legislation and the applied collective agreement
  • Safety: organization of mandatory training for staff
  • Operational support related to the updating of master data on corporate platforms
  • Administration support and personnel management: management of the attendance recording system, meal vouchers and management of any questions, support to employees on administrative issues
  • Management of the intern program and hiring process

Qualifications

  • Preferrably working on a Human Resources Degree
  • Native Italian speaker or professional fluency
  • English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Having a team player attitude and eager to learn
  • Empathy
  • Flexibility
