Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, dynamic and global role on the Talent Acquisition Team recruiting technical and functional SAP consultants! Your primary responsibilities will include finding the best in class talent for our global SAP organization, working across multiple regions and time zones. You will find niche talent for our projects in Public Sector, Entertainment and Media, and Healthcare.You will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate records.
- Handle initial candidate inquiries and provides timely responses or redirects them to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other correspondence.
- Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on specified criteria.
- Conducts initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
- Collaborates with HR and hiring managers to coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensures all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Assists in organizing orientation sessions and facilitating the integration of new employees into the organization.
Qualification/Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support is a plus.
- Working across timezones is required at times as we recruit globally.
Business Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRMS software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
