Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 2 years of industry experience in the Optical Engineering and Operations field.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of telecom industry or submarine cable, optical fiber infrastructure, optical system design, and installation.
- Ability to work in an environment where professional acumen is needed to support the decision.
- Excellent attention to detail, written/verbal communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communications and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage submarine infrastructure delivery using standard project management tools.
- Create strategies for maintaining and operating submarine line terminal equipment, including policies, procedures, operational plans, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with the Business and Compliance organizations to ensure seamless delivery of spectrum.
- Create and validate tooling requirements for channel plan and deployment configurations.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute on infrastructure delivery and support operationalization of submarine network equipment, including management of communication, budget, and timing.
