What to Expect
The primary goal of a Trade-in Advisor is to carry out all Trade-in and Used car day-to-day functions. In addition, this role works closely with the Order Operations, Sales and Delivery teams to provide guidance and support for all Trade-in and Used-Car matters.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with the Used Car, Sales, Service and Delivery teams to provide a competitive market value for customer trade-in vehicles using up to date market knowledge, current databases and programs.
Ensure all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of Trade-in
Be the point of contact for the NSW / ACT team for all operational trade-in matters
Provide training and direct feedback/support to the local Tesla Sales teams to assist them in improving Trade-In Attachment rates.
Provide and manage on the ground logistics for all incoming trades as well as their disposal
Collaborate with Service to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair
