Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager in Berlin, you'll lead and mentor a virtual sales team, driving business growth in Central Europe. Responsibilities include maximizing sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge; ensuring team adherence to sales targets, KPIs, and operational priorities; analyzing performance data to create effective strategies; coaching and training team members; and proactively improving customer satisfaction. You'll champion efficiency, productivity, and quality across all team activities, handling customer escalations, and driving key projects related to virtual sales development. Success requires prior sales leadership experience, a deep understanding of the electric mobility market, excellent communication skills (English and German), and a proven ability to motivate and guide teams to exceed goals.

What to Expect

As an Inside Sales Manager, you are a talented and motivated part of the management team in your market. You have the strength to develop and guide people so that everyone can shine with their individual strengths. In addition, you will be a frontline team leader, taking care of the team's daily activities, ensuring team operations, and dealing with customer escalations. Your job is to support and develop the team through training, coaching, motivation and analysis of sales and delivery KPIs. You will drive key projects related to the growth and development of virtual sales in Central Europe. A keen eye for operational details and the ability to drive change and improvement within the team is what sets you apart.


What You’ll Do
  • Drive business and maximize sales through excellent customer service and deep product knowledge
  • Ensure that sales targets, pick up rate goals, KPIs, and 0oerational priorities are communicated to the team and subsequently met or exceeded, including but not limited to sales opportunity creation, test drive scheduling, new orders and customer satisfaction scores
  • Seek out, review, and analyze performance data to translate numbers and establish the best strategy/ action plans; communicate these regularly to the team
  • Champion efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall excellence in all of your actions and decisions
  • Guide and coach employees towards providing a best in class customer experience at all times, including providing support to the team in dealing with difficult customers conversations
  • Continuously follow up and analyze CSAT scores, and proactively take appropriate actions to improve it
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to your team members and maintain deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities
What You’ll Bring
  • Prior leadership experience in a sales environment, you have already successfully coached employees and see yourself as a role model for others
  • You have a strong ability to understand the electric mobility business environment and related products in order to coach the team and increase sales and delivery figures
  • You have the attitude and motivation to quickly understand the sales, delivery and communication processes and encourage employees to exceed their goals
  • You can organize yourself well and quickly build a stakeholder network in order to advance issues more quickly
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German
