As a Voice & Accent Trainer, you will conduct voice and accent training for agents, designing and delivering personalized coaching sessions. This role requires a strong understanding of voice modulation and accent neutralization techniques to ensure effective training programs that cater to different cultural nuances.

Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive voice and accent training sessions for agents involved in outbound calling.
  • Design and deliver personalized coaching sessions
  • Develop training materials and practice exercises.
  • Provide feedback and progress reports to clients.
  • Work on voice clarity, articulation, and pronunciation adjustments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Monitor and assess agents’ performance on calls, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights for improvement.
  • Design and implement evaluation processes to track progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with the operations and quality teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted training plans.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill retention.
  • Understand and address cultural differences to tailor training programs effectively

Primary Skills

  • Experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in the BPO,
  • Strong understanding of voice modulation, phonetics, and accent neutralization techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor individuals at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
  • Sensitivity to cultural nuances and ability to adapt training methods accordingly
  • Certification in Voice and Accent
