Job Summary

Job Description

Create full-cycle 3D character models, including low/mid/high-poly sculpting, texturing, retopology, and exporting assets into game engines. Requires proficiency in Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Marmoset Toolbag, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of anatomy. A portfolio is mandatory. This role offers participation in AAA gaming projects, flexibility in workload, stable payment, and a collaborative studio environment.
Must have:
  • Full-cycle 3D character creation (low/mid/high-poly)
  • Sculpting, texturing, retopology
  • Export assets to game engine
  • Proficiency in Maya/Blender, ZBrush
  • Proficiency in Substance Painter/Designer
  • Proficiency in Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop
  • Strong anatomy understanding
  • Portfolio required
Good to have:
  • Basic composition understanding
  • Basic color theory knowledge
  • Basic understanding of flow and direction
  • Basic drawing skills

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle creation of 3D character models (low/mid/high-poly).

  • Sculpting, texturing, retopology.

  • Exporting assets into the game engine and setting up materials.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in game development.

  • Proficiency in Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Marmoset Toolbag, Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of anatomy.

  • Portfolio required.

Nice to have:
  • Basic understanding of composition, color theory, flow, and direction.

  • Basic drawing skills.
