The role:

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to work in a fast-paced digital environment, where no two weeks are the same. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategically driven and be able to identify opportunities to assist the dentsu network in delivering digital operations solutions for our clients.

In this role you will work directly with technology vendors, media owners, and client service teams, on all elements related to digital implementation processes, including creative execution, trafficking workflow, site tagging strategies, data and discrepancy troubleshooting and data quality management.

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Delivery Ad Operations client team across key business initiatives
  • Provide support nationwide with the identification and implementation of operational improvements, new technologies, data opportunities, inventory sources, analytics or other project-based work streams
  • Management of clients – you will have client facing responsibility and management of various projects
  • Consistently deliver best practice campaign implementation in partnership with the media brands
  • Be the point of escalation for Digital Ad Operations support and troubleshooting, assisting in the management of ad hoc requests from wider dentsu group
  • Play a key part in evaluating, executing and monitoring priority business initiatives across the dentsu business in regards to Ad Ops and Digital Delivery

A bit about you:

  • Strong experience across full Google Stack: CM360, Google Tag Manager, DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA4
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Media Management/Ad Ops
  • Implementational and functional knowledge of Digital Media buying and Ad serving & Brand safety technology, Demand Side Platforms and Data Management Platforms
  • Experience configuring and deploying website tagging and analytics tools for site implementations, including custom events, variables and dimensions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management – you will be working with external clients, and our dentsu media agencies internally as clients
  • Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients in an easy-to-digest format
  • Technical knowledge specific to coding and tag implementation requiring HTML5 and JavaScript
