Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. (LJI) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide end-to-end support for its C-level executives. The role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating complex global scheduling, facilitating internal and external communication, planning meetings and events, and managing travel and expense reports. This position will also support team-wide updates, presentation decks, and track key project deliverables, all while maintaining utmost confidentiality and discretion. LJI is a Silicon Valley-based product company specializing in CRM, Loyalty, and Mobile AdTech, with a global presence and a revolutionary SaaS product called GRAVTY®.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent calendar management and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Proactive problem-solving skills

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our C-level leadership team. In this critical role, you’ll manage executive calendars, facilitate communication, coordinate travel, and support cross-functional collaboration — all while ensuring the daily operational flow of our executive team runs smoothly.


What You Will OWN:

  • Executive Support: End-to-end support for C-level executives including scheduling, inbox and calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute logistics for internal and external meetings including agenda creation, note-taking, and action item tracking.
  • Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and send internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team with clarity and professionalism.
  • Global Calendar & Time Zone Management: Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple geographies and business functions.
  • Expense & Travel Management: Manage travel itineraries, submit and reconcile expenses, and ensure cost-effective planning.
  • Team & Project Coordination: Facilitate team-wide updates, support with presentation decks, reports, and track progress of key deliverables.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity.


An Ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced, global or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven excellence in calendar management, organization, and multitasking.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and executive presence.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote setup and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
