The Associate Digital Marketing Consultant (ADMC) reports directly to the Digital Marketing Consulting Manager and plays a key role in the marketing success of Entrata’s customers. The role is primarily six areas:
1. Support the Digital Marketing Consultants (DMCs) in evaluating and administering Entrata’s customer’s unique digital marketing needs.
2. As directed by the DMC Manager, generate new ad campaigns on all platforms required by our Digital Marketing Consultants, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster tools, Yext, ILS platforms (
Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.) and more as needed.
3. Manage bid and budget optimizations across all paid ad platforms used by our customers.
4. Under the direction of the DMC Manager, generate reporting on the impact of digital marketing efforts for Entrata’s customers, strategize on next steps, and execute on agreed upon strategies.
5. As directed by the DMC Manager, contribute to and/or lead projects that elevate our product offerings and improve our culture.
6. Help the DMCs identify customer goals & develop digital marketing strategies that achieve desired outcomes.

ADMCs are expected to become knowledgeable in the field of digital marketing in the multi-family housing industry and develop their consulting skills. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable in digital marketing, self-motivation, communication, organization, innovation, and team coordination.
