Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Developer with a proven track record of generating leads for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development services. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, collaborating with technical teams to develop tailored solutions, creating compelling sales presentations and proposals, staying abreast of industry trends, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses a solid IT industry network, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise solutions. This role requires 5+ years of experience in business development or a similar role within the IT services or software development sector, a strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously. A pre-existing network of enterprise-level clients in North America is preferred.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development in IT
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Good to have:
  • Existing network in North America with enterprise-level clients

Description

We are looking for a proactive and successful Business Developer with a track record of generating leads for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development services. The perfect candidate will have a solid IT industry network, exceptional sales abilities, and a thorough knowledge of enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Create and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and support the company's revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or software development.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Existing network in North America with enterprise-level clients (preferred).
