Marsh McLennan is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager/Executive in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves identifying and understanding prospect accounts, conducting sales calls, delivering presentations, creating sales proposals, seeking partnerships, and closing sales deals. Key responsibilities include thorough due diligence research, developing sales strategies, and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales or corporate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage
  • 5 years of experience in corporate sales
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet individual sales targets
  • Strong understanding of economic principles and market dynamics

Marsh McLennan is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager/Executive to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

We will count on you to:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence research to identify and understand prospect accounts and target sales expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct well structured & targeted sales calls with a strong understanding of our internal offerings and product solutions to secure sales meetings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Create moderately complex and effective sales proposals and presentations for prospective accounts.
  • Work to seek the establishment of potential partnerships with Key stakeholders among several sectors
  • Close sales deals by negotiating values and pricing structures that align with both business and client needs.

What you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or brokerage, along with relevant salary expectations or 5 years of experience in corporate sales (excluding retail), including banking, cyber advisory, investment banking, or advisory firms, along with relevant salary expectations.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet individual sales targets as an individual contributor.
  • Strong understanding of economic principles, market dynamics, and public decision-making, akin to a management consultant.
