Job Description

This Business Development Manager role focuses on new business sales within the gaming industry in Greater China. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating high-potential gaming clients, leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing agreements, developing go-to-market strategies, building strong client relationships, and designing marketing strategies that drive measurable success. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Chinese and English, possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, and have experience in the mobile gaming app development ecosystem. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Shenzhen or Beijing, China.
Must have:

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in sales or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting and managing mobile gaming app developers at a tech company or helping mobile apps achieve ecosystem success.
  • Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to build personal networking in the ecosystem to drive collaborations.
  • Ability to operate and succeed in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate high-potential gaming clients in Greater China, collaborating with other internal and external partners to generate qualified leads.
  • Lead the full business cycle for new gaming clients in Greater China, from lead generation, initial engagement, to closing the agreement, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and growth.
  • Develop Go-To-Market launch strategies for gaming clients and build solid relationships across their organizational structure, and learn their business goals and tests.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies that leverage product and industry expertise and drive measurable success for gaming clients.
