Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an Enterprise Technology company, Business Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Management role.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience establishing new processes and cadence within high-growth organizations.
- Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience in Cloud and fast-paced growth environment.
- Ability to navigate and influence within a business environment.

Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of the current systems, tools, and process landscape and lead productivity enhancement initiatives programmatically to drive business automation, agility, and efficiencies.
- Assess and improve processes, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and implement streamlined operational processes that enhance cross-functional collaboration, communication, and overall efficiency.
- Build and implement scalable mechanisms to monitor progress and drive adoption of new tools, policies, and processes across the organization.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and with executive stakeholders to influence the product and tool roadmap, constantly benchmarking with best practices in the industry.
