Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a driven and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, provide valuable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making. Your work will span across commercial, sales, marketing, and product areas, helping the company to interpret market trends and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, aiming to provide insights for achieving business growth.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis in key areas such as commercial, sales, marketing, and product, highlighting relevant metrics.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for data visualization and monitoring.
• Administer and govern user access to sensitive data.
• Promote and disseminate knowledge related to the BI function within the company.
• Present monthly KPI reporting to top management to help interpret market and product trends.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities, including improvements to the Back Office.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying data from ClickHouse and MySQL databases.
• At least 3 years of experience with Tableau (primary BI reporting tool) for data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Atlassian suite (mainly Jira and Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills for interpreting and showcasing data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving and changing environment, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
