岗位职责
职位概述
作为资深市场专家顾问，协助海外游戏被投公司制定中国市场的发行策略，包括市场定位、用户洞察、本地化、渠道分发、营销推广及合作伙伴对接。需深度理解中国游戏行业的政策环境、玩家偏好及竞争格局，通过专业洞察帮助海外团队规避风险、提升产品本地化成功率，并推动与中国本土合作伙伴的高效协同。
核心职责
1. 市场策略制定
充分理解所对接的海外游戏产品（PC为主），分析中国游戏市场趋势、竞品动态及用户行为，为其制定进入中国市场的全周期策略（包括定价、发行节奏、渠道选择等）。
设计符合中国市场的整合营销方案（包括买量策略、社媒运营、社区管理、IP联动等），监督执行并跟踪效果。
针对产品核心卖点提出本地化调整建议（如文化适配、政策合规等），尽量符合中国玩家偏好及合规要求。
2. 合作伙伴对接与管理
对接中国本土发行商、渠道商、广告平台、KOL/KOC机构及第三方服务商（如本地化），建立长期合作关系。
协助被投公司谈判合作协议，优化报价、分成模型等。
严格遵守腾讯内部的服务采购及风控要求。
3. 政策与合规支持
与公司内相关部门协同，解读中国游戏行业最新监管政策（版号、内容审核、未成年人保护等），指导产品合规化调整及申报材料准备，预警潜在政策风险，制定备选方案。
岗位要求
行业经验：8年以上中国游戏市场/发行经验，3年以上海外PC游戏中国发行经验，熟悉从0到1的市场进入流程。
成功案例：主导过至少2款海外游戏在中国市场的成功发行。
资源网络：深度了解中国主流游戏渠道、媒体、KOL及第三方服务商资源，能快速推动合作落地。
语言与文化：中英双语流畅（需频繁与海外、国内团队沟通），具备较强的跨文化协调能力。
教育背景：本科及以上学历，有海外学习或工作经验者优先
有较强的抗压能力、自驱力、市场敏锐度、沟通协调能力，以及热爱游戏的资深玩家优先
