Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Console Live Product Manager for the PUBG IP Franchise. This role involves establishing live operation plans and managing content operation KPIs for console platforms. You will be responsible for partnerships with console platform holders and related departments, leading communication with global stakeholders, and resolving key issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy and execution for live services on console or multi-platforms, managing live content operations for large-scale titles, and effectively leading complex communication structures. Experience in analyzing user feedback and metrics to drive operational improvements is also essential. Fluency in English for communication and documentation is required.
Must have:
- Experience leading live service strategy and execution on console/multi-platform.
- Experience managing live content operations for large titles.
- Experience leading complex communication with global organizations.
- Experience driving operational improvements through feedback and metrics.
- Fluent English communication and documentation skills.
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
Good to have:
- Experience planning and executing console projects from early stages.
- High understanding of battle royale genre or live-centric game lifecycles.
- Experience with KPI-based performance management.
- Experience establishing proactive response systems for platform changes.
- Experience providing clear direction to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading or coaching team-level PMs or project teams.

- 플랫폼별 라이브 운영 계획 수립 및 콘텐츠 운영 KPI 관리
- 콘솔 플랫폼 홀더 및 유관 부서와의 파트너십 총괄

- 콘솔 또는 멀티 플랫폼 라이브 서비스의 전략 수립과 실행을 주도한 경험
- 대규모 타이틀의 라이브 콘텐츠 운영 및 플랫폼 관리 경험
- 글로벌 조직 및 유관 부서 간의 복잡한 커뮤니케이션 구조를 효과적으로 리딩한 경험
- 다양한 유저 피드백, 지표 분석을 통해 운영 개선안을 도출하고 실행까지 이끈 경험
- 유창한 영어 소통 역량 및 문서 작성 능력 (Fluent 이상)
- 해외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 분

- 콘솔 프로젝트의 초기 단계부터 런칭 프로젝트를 기획 및 수행한 경험
- 배틀로얄 장르 또는 라이브 중심 게임의 콘텐츠 수명 주기에 대한 높은 이해도
- KPI 기반 성과 관리 및 개선 루프 설계 경험
- 플랫폼 정책 변화 또는 이슈에 대해 사전 대응 체계 수립 및 조직 조율 경험
- 조직 내/외의 다양한 Stakeholder를 대상으로 명확한 방향성을 제시하고 동기화한 경험
- 팀 단위 PM 또는 다기능 프로젝트 팀을 직접 리딩하거나 코칭한 경험
