Job Description

We are seeking a senior developer to support our website publishing needs. You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with our Creative Director on design implementation and with others who provide content and strategic input. This hands-on role focuses on building, optimizing, and testing pages to drive performance. Responsibilities include building and maintaining web pages using React, DatoCMS, and Netlify, ensuring responsive design and fast page-load times, and working with Figma designs to create pixel-perfect layouts. You will also set up and maintain analytics (GTM, dataLayer, Piwik, Clarity), track user interactions and form submissions (Hubspot), and plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and SEO teams is essential.
Must have:
  • Strong frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
  • Experience with DatoCMS and Netlify
  • Familiar with Google Tag Manager
  • Comfortable with analytics tools
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO basics
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Good to have:
  • Experience with Webflow
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CMS
  • Experience in a CRO, SaaS, or growth team

Your Role:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure responsive design and fast page-load times

  • Work with Figma designs to build pixel-perfect layouts

  • Set up and maintain analytics (GTM, dataLayer, Piwik, Clarity)

  • Track user interactions and form submissions (Hubspot)

Requirements
