Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at GoMarble, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimisation of Meta advertising campaigns for our varied clientele. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives through strategic ad planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making to maximise ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Create tailored Meta Ad Campaigns aligned with clients' business goals and target audiences.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviour.
Campaign Execution:
- Develop, manage, and optimize ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google and the Audience Network.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and visual elements.
- Configure ad sets, targeting options, and bidding strategies to achieve optimal performance.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
- Use Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies to enhance ROI.
Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize incremental impact of ad spend.
- Distribute budgets across campaigns and ad sets based on performance metrics and client objectives.
Communication and Reporting:
- Regularly communicate with the account manager to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients clearly and concisely.
Conversion Tracking and Reporting:
- Implement and manage Meta API conversion tracking to measure campaign performance and ROI accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conversion tracking and data discrepancies.
- Learn and effectively utilize the Hyros platform for advanced tracking and attribution.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in media buying with a strong emphasis on Google Ads
- Proven success in managing and optimising large-scale ad campaigns with significant budgets.
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Meta and Google Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to clients in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting software.
