Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing - Account Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to manage and grow relationships with our international B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client-facing skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and experience in delivering effective solutions to meet client objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-established client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve these objectives.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- International B2B Focus: Navigate and address the complexities of international B2B marketing, including regional market trends, cultural differences, and cross-border digital strategies.
- Account Planning: Develop strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to clients on project status, performance, and key metrics. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on digital marketing, particularly within international B2B contexts.
- 2+ years of experience with digital marketing domain
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (e.g., SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in analyzing digital marketing metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
