ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in Head-Disk-Interface Integration related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)

• Responsible in Head-Disk-Interface related work for product improvement (yield/quality/test time)
• Lead and manage Head-Disk-Interface (HDI) integration efforts aimed at improving product yield, quality, and test time
• Support tribology improvement initiatives in sustaining products to enhance performance and longevity
• Actively engage in the early ramp-up of HAMR (Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording) products, driving improvements related to tribology and related areas
  Conduct failure analysis, providing insightful feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with FJ HDI Development, HDIFW and Head/Media teams to enhance product detectability and meet quality standards
• Partner with Head/Media teams to optimize processes, focusing on yield, quality, cost, and supply chain efficiency
• Support the qualification process for Head & Media Engineering Changes (ECs)

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in programming for data analytics (Python, C++, SQL)

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of HDD failure analysis, reliability, HDD components, processes, and technologies.
• Familiarity with quality management practices in the HDD industry.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with a global team.
• Proficient in basic analytical tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, Minitab).
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, flexibility, and initiative.
• Leadership abilities and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Good presentation skills (Animation, Video editor)
