Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Well, what about the team?

We are looking for a Front-End Developer, working with React, who shares our values to join our talented development team in our Sports Experience Department, working on Bally's industry leading North American sports betting and sports entertainment brands.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks that will keep your technical juices flowing, including developing a diverse set of web apps built with React that are used by a critical and time sensitive group of users every day, making updates to existing features or troubleshooting issues, ensuring they are delivered on time with the correct approach, and up to a high standard following the team's best practices.

So, what will you be doing?

• Developing and maintaining a variety of web applications using React, ensuring they meet the needs of critical and time-sensitive users.
• Implementing updates to existing features and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Delivering high-quality solutions on time, following established team best practices and coding standards.
• Conducting code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimizing applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
• Working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure smooth integration.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the front-end architecture and development processes.

And what are we looking for?

• Have 3 Years+ Experience of front-end development in the web stack of ReactJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Display experience managing application state, e.g. Redux.
• Show knowledge of the latest ES standards and TypeScript.
• Have experience of working with Web Sockets and GraphQL.
• Demonstrate experience of working with third party API’s.
• Show understanding of OOP & SOLID Concepts.
• Have excellent knowledge of the Observer pattern, Redux patterns.
• Display proven track record in other JavaScript application frameworks as well as React.
• Have experience working in an environment with a variety of developers at different levels.
• Possess knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
• Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
