Nexters seeks an experienced General Manager for their flagship mobile RPG, Hero Wars Alliance. This role encompasses overall project responsibility, including product development, marketing, community management, and financial oversight. The General Manager will develop long-term strategies, execute plans through cross-functional collaboration, identify growth opportunities, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate with the marketing team on strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a gaming company as a producer, CMO, COO, or Head of Product, demonstrating a proven track record of operational success and strategic planning. Strong project management and leadership skills are essential.

About your role

We are looking for an experienced General manager for our flagship project mobile RPG battler Hero Wars Alliance. You will be responsible for the project as a business and for the development of the game as a whole: for the product, for marketing, community and finance, that is, for making us TOP 1.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing a long-term game development strategy
  • Execution strategies through building effective work and cross-functional interaction between product, production, brand marketing, etc.
  • Finding new product growth opportunities
  • Operational product management based on data, responsibility for financial plans
  • Resource and budget management
  • Developing marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, including market research, communication and coordinating the launch of new solutions

We hope that you have

  • More than 4 years of experience in a gaming company as a producer, CMO, COO or Head of Product
  • Successful experience in operating the product and achieving the company’s financial goals
  • Successful experience in developing product or marketing strategy
  • Strong project management and cross-functional initiative management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to build and maintain relationships between teams
  • Deep passion for gaming and a clear understanding of industry trends and best practices
