Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates,
*Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience from application to offer,
*Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and engage with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle,
*Collaborate with hiring managers to provide innovative and efficient hiring solutions,
*Develop and execute global talent management strategies including talent reviews, career planning, succession planning, and rotation programs,
*Lead, coach, and develop the HR Business Partner team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals,
*Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, especially within technology teams, providing insights and guidance on people-related matters,
*Drive performance management processes and offer coaching to managers and employees,
*Support organizational change and lead change management initiatives,
*Work closely with senior leadership to identify workforce challenges and opportunities,
*Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to the management team.
What We’re Looking For:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
*Proven experience working with technology teams, preferably within the banking or financial services sector,
*Minimum 7 years of experience in managing HR Business Partners,
*Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in IT roles,
*Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams,
*Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken),
*Hands-on experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools,
*Strong understanding of HR strategies, talent acquisition best practices, and business alignment,
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels,
*High Learning Agility capacity
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
