Our Mexico City MCC will be a hub for technology innovation and operational support to help us build the solutions that will improve our customer, crew and employee experience each and every day.

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Delivery Manager based in our Mexico Global Business Services Office. You will act as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders and drive a virtual learning strategy that is based on the Global People Strategy and the respective US & Canada business learning plans. You will manage the delivery of virtual learning programs and courses across the United States and Canada. This will include supporting the activation of new Learning & Development courses and helping to ensure that our employees can run better restaurants, improve the customer experience, and develop and support our people through comprehensive virtual trainings.
You will be responsible for leading both the US and Canada Virtual Delivery Teams, consisting of 20 total Virtual L&D facilitators, who are accountable for executing enterprise learning strategies and delivering best in class learning and development programs f to a wide variety of leaders at all levels.
The candidate is expected to reside within Mexico City, Mexico.
