The role requires a Senior L&D Manager to identify skill gaps, plan and execute training, manage external providers, develop relevant programs, evaluate effectiveness, and automate learning processes. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of L&D experience, strong project management and data analysis skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, experience with external speakers, excellent communication, and high self-organization. Fluency in English (B1+) is essential, with bonuses for experience in 360° reviews, eNPS, LMS, and budget management.

We are looking for a Senior L&D Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Identifying key skills and training needs for departments, focusing on employee development to achieve business goals.
    • Planning and coordinating training and seminars aimed at improving performance.
    • Sourcing and engaging with external providers/trainers to organise targeted educational events.
    • Developing and implementing training programs that align with current business needs.
    • Ensuring the relevance of training resources, including regular updates of materials.
    • Evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training based on participant feedback and business outcomes.
    • Automating learning and assessment processes to improve efficiency.

    We expect from you:

    • 3+ years in L&D with experience in managing training cycles end-to-end.
    • Strong multitasking and project management skills — you’ll handle many parallel requests.
    • Data-driven mindset: you track impact, speak in metrics, and build reports.
    • Confident with Google Sheets and Workspace tools (Forms, Slides, Docs).
    • Skilled in working with external speakers and training providers.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management — including C-level.
    • High self-organisation, proactivity, and resilience under pressure.
    • English: B1+ and higher (for content and internal communication).
    • Bonus: experience with 360° reviews, eNPS, Slack/ERP automations, LMS, budget and invoice handling.

    • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
    • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
