The Manager, Graphics DRAM Product Marketing will own the Graphics DRAM product line and related market segments for North America. Responsibilities include building and driving customer/account, market segment, product, and go-to-market strategies for AI, GFX, and gaming markets. This role requires market analysis, strategic analysis, competitive analysis, collaboration with sales and FAE teams, creation of marketing materials, sales/customer training, industry collaboration, and working with technical teams on future products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth understanding of Graphics DRAM products, trends, pricing, and segments, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

What You’ll Do

Samsung Semiconductor's Memory Marketing team is the place to be. We use deep customer and market insights, experience, and market-driven innovation to develop new product and solution concepts to our key customers. As we enter an evolution of AI, our memory solutions significantly impact and shape accelerated computing requirements. With the high growth in memory needs, we are looking for Product Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of the Graphics Memory. 

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

  • Ownership of Graphics DRAM product line and related market segments for North America.
  • Build/Drive customer/account, market segment, product, & go to market strategies for AI, GFX and gaming market segment.
  • Market Analysis - Track market and key customer trends, collect and analyze Segment TAM/SAM and customer forecast.
  • Strategic Analysis, Marketing strategy and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with FAE and Sales teams to drive new design wins and enable sales.
  • Create marketing collateral and presentations, Provide sales and customer training.
  • Industry collaboration & evangelization of Samsung Graphics DRAM products.
  • Work with technical teams on future products and technologies to build business case, positioning, and go to market plans.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required (EE, CS preferred, MBA preferred) and at least 10+ years of experience in strategic or product marketing in VGA, gaming or related industry.
  • In depth understanding of Graphics DRAM products, trends, pricing and segments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are must, including excellent presentation and public speaking capability.
  • Strong analytical skills, Ability to grasp complex financial, technical and marketing information to develop strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones.
  • High enthusiasm, drive, and energy to execute strategies, champion new business opportunities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Limited Domestic/International travel required (~10%).
  • You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.

  • Familiarity with Korean language and culture is a plus.

Base Pay Range

$137,375 - $212,625 USD
