The Manager, North America Account Management is an experienced Sales and Renewal’s professional that has the goal of always solving for the client. This individual will manage a team of Account Managers and work closely with cross functional teams to deliver strong results around renewal / growth targets, process improvements and organizational initiatives.
As a manager you will assist with escalations, complex renewal situations, and be responsible for leading a high-performing team of account managers focused on delighting our customers and driving their success. This is a highly collaborative leadership role where you will develop successful relationships with key SS&C Intralinks functions and team members including Field Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Operations, Finance and Legal.

What You Will Get To Do:
Execute operational processes, programs, systems, and activities to drive successful renewal outcomes
Manages the assigned team personnel, which includes hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, training & development
Develop and execute upsell playbook strategies to maximize customer growth, including account renewal plans in collaboration with Sales teams and the Customer Success organization
Communicate and report on renewal status to VP of Global Account Management and other cross functional organizations
Build and retain relationships cross functionally between Billing, CS, Sales, Support, Legal and others
Drive continuous improvement projects, relating to specific product and/or process related initiatives
Own & drive segment performance KPIs, Net Retention Rate, Renewal Rate, On time Renewal, etc
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of Leadership Renewals, Sales, Customer Success experience in SaaS
Ability to evaluate business needs both from the customer and SS&C Intralinks standpoint
A desire to continue to grow in the CS/Revenue org
Team player, self- motivated with high emotional IQ (EQ) and excellent presentation skills
Critical thinking and analytical skills, with extensive expertise in preparing win-win renewal scenarios
Fluent English skills, written and spoken
SFDC CRM experience
Excel/reporting expertise
Project implementation/management experience, preferably with SaaS
Familiarity with conflict resolution, de-escalation, and positive influencing
