Your Mission

  • Lead the growth marketing strategy for upcoming game launches, aligning and guiding the UA, CRM, and LiveOps teams to ensure cohesive execution across all stages of the game lifecycle.
  • Take a hands-on approach to optimizing UA, CRM, and LiveOps strategies, driving performance and growth.
  • Manage and motivate the marketing team ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and maximizing results.
  • Analyze and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovative, customer-focused tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, tracking progress against targets and ensuring effective budget utilization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying relevant insights to keep the team’s efforts fresh and competitive.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in team management.
  • Proven track record in leading and executing growth marketing strategies, especially in UA, CRM, and LiveOps for mobile games.
  • Strong hands-on approach with the ability to drive performance at all stages of the game lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, with the ability to tailor strategies to business and product goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to drive optimization of marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
  • A self-motivated, proactive leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve impactful results.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
