Job Description

The Marketing Engagement Analyst will balance marketing complexity and limited resources by driving marketing performance through data and technology. This involves managing the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analyzing results. The role requires creating and designing digital marketing ads and promotions, as well as developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. The analyst will also implement SEO strategies, analyze consumer data, manage CRM systems, develop email marketing campaigns, and design customer loyalty programs. Additionally, the role includes developing and executing D2C commerce strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and coordinating promotional campaigns. The analyst will be involved in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, and work in rotational shifts.

What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms. • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that is consistent with the brand voice and strategy. • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales. • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits. • Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to enhance visibility and user experience. • Monitor and report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights. • Analyze consumer data and generate insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement. • Manage and optimize CRM systems to nurture and retain customers. • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales. • Segment customer databases and personalize communication strategies. • Track and analyze CRM metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive optimization • Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value. • Develop rewards and incentives that resonate with target audiences. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote loyalty programs.
What are we looking for? • Develop and execute D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) commerce strategies to drive online sales. • Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize the user shopping experience. • Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches to maximize sales. • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
