Job Description
As a Marketing Intern at Virtuos, you'll participate in corporate marketing and brand development. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies (online/offline), managing social media presence, creating marketing materials (brochures, posters, videos), organizing and participating in industry events, conducting market research, and analyzing event effectiveness. You'll gain experience in content creation, social media management, market research, and event planning and execution. The role requires strong communication, proficiency in social media and Microsoft Office, basic design software skills, data analysis abilities, and creative thinking.

- As a Marketing Intern, you will join our team and participate in various aspects of corporate marketing promotion and brand development. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience in marketing, including content creation, social media management, market research, and event planning and execution, etc.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including online and offline activities
- Assist in managing and enhancing our social media presence through engaging content creation and audience interaction
- Support the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and videos
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing events, and track and analyze the effectiveness of these events
- Assist in conducting market research, collecting and analyzing industry trends and competitor information
- Complete other tasks assigned by the marketing team

Qualifications
- Enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with the availability to commit to at least three days per week
- A passion for the gaming industry and a foundational understanding of its dynamics
- A keen interest in marketing, social media management, and public relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Fundamental data analysis skills to interpret and apply insights.
- Creative thinking to devise innovative marketing approaches.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Good command of written and spoken English

About Our Team
The award-winning Virtuos Shanghai studio was founded in late 2004, the first of six game development studios located internationally and the former headquarters of the group before its relocation to Singapore in 2018.
Staffed by a multicultural group of talents, the studio specializes in providing full-stack game development and co-development services, including technical support for art and engineering. Virtuos Shanghai is also the base of operations for multiple Art teams working on the world’s top triple-A projects.
