Job Description

The Microsoft Alliance Partner Sales Manager III at Rackspace Technology is responsible for enhancing alignment with alliances to drive strong collaboration across sales, product, marketing, and commercial teams. This pivotal role is crucial for driving change and implementing a proactive go-to-market strategy across technical, product, sales, and marketing organizations. The primary objective is to significantly increase Rackspace's revenue through strategic partnerships. This involves solving complex problems, working independently, and potentially leading projects or project steps. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in their discipline and a basic understanding of related fields. They will act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. The role requires exceeding expectations consistently, prioritizing customer needs, possessing deep customer understanding, adapting to dynamic needs, and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Details

Responsible for improving alignment with alliances to drive a tight alignment on sales, product, marketing and commercial. This position will be central and pivotal to driving change and activating a proactive, purposeful, and predictable Go-to- Market across technical, product, sales, and marketing organization in an effort to grow Rackspace revenue through our most strategic partnerships.

        The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: 116,100 - 170,280
        The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: 123,600 – 181,280
        The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City and Washington is: 135,300 - 198,400
        Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on benefits offered is here.
