  • Able to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

Role Overview

You will support our office team, helping with the day-to-day operations of the staff in our fast-growing Jakarta office of about 120 staff. You will have a wide scope of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure employees follow the office regulations and rules
  • Support our Office team
  • Maintaining office administrative systems
  • Organizing company events, conferences, and various scheduling tasks
  • Managing office orders of equipment and supplies
  • Ensure office amenities are fulfilled
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are compliantly implemented.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Administration or General Affair Officer.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal. You will be working alongside people from various countries.
  • People’s person - great communicator, outgoing, able to build strong personal relationships with a variety of people.
  • Have knowledge of creating employee event & gathering
  • A hands on person. You will be required to do a lot of walking around for site visits, shopping, and general checking on facilities
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Able to work from office for 5 days (Mon-Fri)
