Job Description

The Operations Manager will support the Managing Director with scheduling and daily coordination, maintain internal communication, manage tools like Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Salesforce, and Zip, track tasks, coordinate vendor onboarding, organize meetings, and manage internal documentation. The role involves working with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline operations, identify and resolve workflow issues, and support ad hoc projects. The candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, be proactive, and detail-oriented.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other business tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Good to have:
  • Experience in tech or gaming is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Managing Director with scheduling and daily coordination.
    • Maintain internal communication and follow-ups across teams.
    • Manage tools like Jira, Confluence, Atlas, Salesforce, and Zip.
    • Track tasks, processes, and approvals in Jira.
    • Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, and payments.
    • Organize meetings, take notes, and manage internal documentation.
    • Help plan team events and prepare reports.
    • Work with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT to streamline operations.
    • Identify and resolve workflow issues.
    • Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in operations or administration.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other business tools.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in tech or gaming is a plus.
