We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Serve as a strategic thought-partner to create, plan, and implement ongoing Trust and Safety projects. Work closely with regional teams to drive market-specific initiatives forward. Effective operationalization of the community guidelines, safety strategies, and ad-hoc responses to regional and global events. Coordinate with global team stakeholders to help assess and manage global projects. Maintain status updates for ongoing projects and documenting new/existing processes. Act as a bridge to help stakeholders better navigate the principles, priorities, and strategies of the Global Operations Management team. Identify areas of improvement and run improvement projects in all operational aspects in assigned region.

Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, International Business, Management, or related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Project/program management and cross-functional collaboration in a consumer technology space; Experience with process creation, process streamlining, and developing strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data; Managing projects to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration and deliver strategic business outcomes; Leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives from inception to execution; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving success metrics related to Trust & Safety; Providing data analytics including identifying, synthesizing, and structuring data-driven insights. Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.
